Fresh Squeezed: Yea Big & Kid Static

I know there are a lot of big and highly anticipated albums being released this year, but for me it doesn't get any bigger then the sophomore release from Chicago's dynamic duo of Yea Big and Kid Static. The Future's Looking Grim will be out digitally on their Jib Door imprint on April Fool's day, but in the meantime they have given us an advanced look at a track that I have seen performed live twice, "Bots". The track is basically Yea Big laying down a futuristic electro beat, and Kid Static imaging what it would be like if he was inside the video game Mega Man. It's just a glimpse at what will undoubtedly be a fantastic album or as YB & KS would say, "11 bangy glitchers, full of cacophonous synths, syllabic tumbling and enough boom-bap and flow for even the most staunch heads".
